Commitment. Vision. Strength.
Marly LeBeau, PresidentBA, MBA
I became involved with Connecticut Renaissance as their banker and joined the Board of Directors over 15 years ago. Through the years I have seen the agency develop, grow, and adapt to changes around them. The level of commitment by Connecticut Renaissance's staff to the clients and to the agency is unparalleled.

I first became a board member of Connecticut Renaissance in 1982. After approximately 10 years of serving as a board member I rotated off. In 2007 I was asked if I would be interested in serving a second term on the board. Accepting such a responsibility was an easy decision for me. This organization is one of the most committed and compassionate agencies helping Men, Women, and Adolescents.
The commitment of the staff and its leadership is second to none. I look forward to supporting the direction and goals which were put into place by its former Executive director Pat McAuliffe. The new leadership shares the passion to strive and achieve the success that has made the organization what it is today. I am privileged to be part of this organization.

I serve on the board because Connecticut Renaissance provides services that benefit people enrolled in various programs, by assisting them in getting their lives back on track, and by so doing, making the community a better place. The organization is efficiently operated and constantly pursues innovative opportunities to remain competitive.

I am a former employee of Connecticut Renaissance. As an adolescent programs staff member I had the privilege of working among a group of exceptionally talented and dedicated individuals. I was very proud to be part of an organization that offers such a remarkably creative, innovative, and humanistic approach to client treatment, as well as a dedication to the needs of the community.
I am delighted and honored to have this opportunity to continue my affiliation with Connecticut Renaissance as a member of the Board of Directors. I am looking forward to participating in the organization's ongoing evolution as it continues to shape and define client-centered care in the fields of substance abuse and mental health treatment.

I had known the former director, Patrick McAuliffe, since childhood and have been impressed by his leadership in evidence based programs. The Current administration, lead by Joe Riker, has continued and expanded these programs delivering much needed services in a fiscally sound manner. I am proud to be a part of this remarkable organization.
