Bridgeport MST Program


2 MST Clinicians (1 Bilingual Spanish)

Bridgeport : Full-time

Description
The qualified Multi-systemic Therapist (MST) will deliver intensive home base, goal oriented, limited treatment model to Bilingual (Spanish) adolescents and their families. Clinicians carry a varied caseload of families, working with them for a 3-5 month time period in the Bridgeport area.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidate must implement and adhere to the nine MST principles and analytical processes, through direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with the MST model. Travel required and mileage reimbursement eligible. Provide individual therapy to both children and adults, through the implementation of interventions with or between systems in the youthís natural ecology that affect/influence the behavior of the youth (i.e. family, peer, school, and neighborhood).

Qualifications
Incumbent must have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field. Administrative Assistant

Bridgeport : Full-time

Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating and managing client care services within the Adult Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities include client/front office supervision, word processing duties, collection and documentation of client fees, implement and manage reimbursement issues involving self-pay clients and third party payers, record management, receiving/channeling phone calls among other office management tasks, while working closely with billing and clinical personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelorís Degree in Human Services, or related field. Candidate will have two years of office administrative experience and demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Windows; clerical and computer skills. Clinical Auditor/Clinician

Bridgeport : Full-time

Description
This is a clinical position for a qualified candidate who has experience in person-centered documentation, knowledge base of regulatory requirements for accreditation, licensing, and reimbursement. This clinician will be doing clinical audits on a regular basis and meeting clinicians to address any areas of improvement. In addition they will provide coaching and ongoing training for clinicians throughout the organization. The position will also be responsible for some on-boarding of new clinicians to the agency in regards to documentation expectations.
Responsibilities
Clinician must maintain a valid LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC, DPH CT license. Previous experience working in an outpatient setting strongly preferred. Must have the ability to develop, set priorities, and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. Demonstrate strong and effective written/verbal communication and computer skills (electronic health records) required. Valid driver's license required. Description
Provide direct and indirect care/case management to residential behavioral health and department of corrections clients. Direct services include conducting client supervision, individual and group counseling. Indirect services include staff meetings, supervision and residential operation management.

Bilingual Case Coordinator

Norwalk/Stamford : Full-time

Description
The qualified candidate will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of clients and treatment goals and collaborate with other community based services. Candidate must conduct in home visits, and monitor client relationships in the home setting. Participate in group counseling and co-facilitation of groups. This position will conduct parent psycho-educational groups and sessions. Must maintain an up to date client case record and complete and maintain all necessary reports, paperwork and forms. Candidate will transport clients to and from the program as needed. Must adhere to contractual requirements; perform facility inspections by monitoring for contraband, safety and cleanliness of offices
Qualifications

Description
The Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Clinician is responsible for providing direct and indirect intensive outpatient clinical services to individuals with psychiatric disorders, substance abuse and addiction problems, and/or co-occurring disorders.
Responsibilities
This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create an individualized recovery program for each client. This position will provide effective client supervision and counseling services both individual and group as well as facilitate treatment plans. This IOP Clinician will be responsible for file management as well as timely reporting. Participation in continuous quality improvement and team development initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Master's degree in human services or a related field required. Drug and alcohol certification preferred. Certified Co-occurring Disorder Professional Certification a plus. Residential Drug Treatment


Clinician

Waterbury East : Full-time

Description
The purpose of the clinician is to provide direct and indirect clinical services to residential behavioral health clients. Direct service includes the twelve core functions of a substance abuse counselor as defined by CCB. This includes but is not limited to assessment, treatment planning, individual, group and family counseling. Indirect service time includes supervision, staff meetings, residential operation management, telephone calls, treatment authorizations and all paperwork associated with client care. Clinicians are usually assigned a caseload that consists of 60% direct service time and 40% indirect service time.
Qualifications
Masters degree in human services or a related field required. Drug and alcohol certification required or a plan to obtain certification. Certified Co-occurring Disorder Professional Certification. Description
As a member of the treatment team, this position is responsible for the well being and safety of the clients while assisting with and supervising client activities and facility. Qualified candidate will provide direct and indirect care/case management to residential behavioral health and department of corrections clients. Direct services include developing appropriate therapeutic relationships with clients; facilitate assigned educational groups and community meetings, routine bed checks, house rounds and documentation of client count. Indirect services include developing positive working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, referral sources and members of the clinical team. Attend all required staff meeting and trainings. A flexible schedule is required to cover holidays, vacations, and illness.

A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, required. CPR and First-Aid certification, preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate an ability to exercise exceptional judgment and maintain satisfactory performance.
