Description
The Maintenance Technician position performs maintenance activities required to support the agency residential, outpatient and administrative facilities. These activities include, but are not limited to: equipment and machinery (including HVAC), lighting systems, grounds keeping, security, upkeep of facility appearance, and agency owned/leased vehicles. Description
This position will be responsible for client supervision, file maintenance and reporting, the screening and intake of new clients.
Responsibilities
Candidate will also, secure client entitlements working through and with The Department of Social Services; while being responsible for client medical/dental appointments, including administrative responsibilities. Description
The Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing meals and snacks for clients. This position will manage food services for the facility and assist in maintaining facility supplies.
Responsibilities
The cook will be responsible for ordering food with the facility budget guidelines. The Cook will be responsible for securing food and supply donations. Qualified candidates will monitor for compliance in accordance with building, fire, safety, health codes and requirements of other regulatory bodies, including, but not limited to all funding sources.
Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent and a valid driverís license are required. Qualified candidate must have a valid Connecticut driver's license. The candidate will market CTR and its clients through scheduling and conducting personal meetings with potential employers. The Job Developer will participate in sate wide employment initiatives for clients and will be responsible for transporting clients to interviews and job fairs
Qualifications

Description
The Residential Supervisor supports the Program Director in overseeing a DOC contracted facility serving male clients. In addition, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the residential program in the absence of the Program Director to include but not limited to staff supervision; client supervision; knowledge of and adherence to policies and procedures and contractual requirements; coordination and supervision of volunteers and new employees; facility supervision; perform all aspects of on call duties.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing the weekly schedule for the clients. Description
The qualified Multi-systemic Therapist (MST) will deliver intensive home base, goal oriented, limited treatment model to Bilingual (Spanish) adolescents and their families. Clinicians carry a varied caseload of families, working with them for a 3-5 month time period in the Bridgeport area.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidate must implement and adhere to the nine MST principles and analytical processes, through direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with the MST model. Travel required and mileage reimbursement eligible. Description
The Payroll Coordinator will perform the full life cycle of the payroll administration. He/she will report to the Human Resource Manager and coordinate all payroll related efforts with Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and employees of Connecticut Renaissance.

This position will be responsible for the processing of the bi-weekly payroll submission which includes, but not limited to: verifying timesheets, reconcile payroll discrepancies, and enter employee maintenance and changes into the payroll system. Description
The qualified candidate will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of clients and treatment goals and collaborate with other community based services. Candidate must conduct in home visits, and monitor client relationships in the home setting. Participate in group counseling and co-facilitation of groups. This position will conduct parent psycho-educational groups and sessions. Must maintain an up to date client case record and complete and maintain all necessary reports, paperwork and forms. The Night Monitor is responsible for providing supervision and security to clients during their sleeping and morning hours. This position will conduct hourly headcounts and facility tours to ensure all clients are present.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for filing all clinical documentation by the end of shift as well as additional responsibilities including but not limited to maintaining sign in/out log; nightly security reports; supervising clients self-administering medications; completing the weekly and monthly inspection forms, etc. The Night Monitor ensures a smooth transition of nightly activities and incidents for the morning shift.

The Admission Coordinator is responsible for managing all correspondence and communication related to referrals from potential admissions from all referral sources.
Responsibilities
This position will facilitate all admissions for treatment services by obtaining applicantís information, requesting completed documentation of medical, substance abuse and mental health information for pending referrals, reviewing and communicating appropriate client history and background information. This will include explaining admissions criteria and determining individualsí appropriateness and eligibility for treatment for level of care. Successfully demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, adjust to change workload, schedules and situations. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Qualifications
Associates Degree and at least 2 years of experience in the human service field or any other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered. Knowledge of recovery process, preferred. CAC or CADC certification strongly preferred, but not required. Experience in a similar setting, strongly preferred. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, required. CPR and First-Aid certification, preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate an ability to exercise exceptional judgment and maintain satisfactory performance.
